Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
We provide local delivery in Naples and surrounding areas within our regular delivery zone. Delivery fees vary depending on the distance from our flower shop.
Same-day delivery is available when possible and is subject to order time, flower availability, and delivery capacity. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time unless it has been arranged and confirmed in advance.
Please provide the recipient’s correct address and a valid phone number. If no one is available to receive the flowers, we may leave the arrangement in a safe and shaded location when appropriate, contact the recipient, or return the arrangement to the shop. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or for an incorrect/incomplete address.
Deliveries outside our regular delivery area may require an additional delivery fee and are subject to availability.
During holidays and high-volume periods, delivery times cannot be guaranteed; however, we will make every effort to complete deliveries on the requested delivery date.
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If an arrangement arrives damaged or there is a concern regarding the quality of the flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the arrangement. Each claim will be reviewed individually.
When appropriate, L’aRose At 5th Avenue Floral Boutique may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be determined based on the circumstances of each order.
